Mornings really are my favorite part of the day. There's something about the soft lighting, the quietness and the anticipation of what's to come...

Easy Blueberry Cobbler...
I just ate this for breakfast and totally had to share with you! Not with ice cream silly, that would be too crazy! I'm looking at it from this angle, blueberries are loaded with lots of antioxidants. So that makes this cobbler a nutritious and healthy choice. Right?!
Ingredients...
2 cups fresh and washed blueberries
3/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons butter, melted
2/3 cup all~purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup milk
Directions...
Sprinkle the blueberries into a well~greased 8"x8" baking dish. In a small bowl, combine sugar and butter with a fork, until mixture is crumbly. In another small bowl combine the flour, baking powder and salt, mix well. Now add this mixture to the sugar alternating with the milk. Pour over the blueberries.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes or until you can see some golden brown. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or maybe a little whipped cream.
